No lie, a buddy of mine is working on a shoot next week at Rikers. He asked me if I wanted to help out, the gig is pro bono. I called the producer/director. She was sweet/awesome/totally had a migraine from talking to people all day. I told her I’d love to help out and was totally available for the days needed. She asked me to text my number, email and drivers license info (I mean, the shoot’s in a fucking prison). I then sent her my info to the number I called only to find out it was a landline (remember those?). I called back, apologized and asked for her cell number. She gave it to me twice (I mean, fucking smart phones. FUCKING SMART PHONES) and I thanked her again, hung up and tried to text a second time. Only I lost everything in a copy/past haste.

I really want to murder something plush.
